In the City of Eden Prairie, City Code Section 9.35 bars minors under fifteen from being on the streets or in public places between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and minors fifteen through seventeen between midnight and 5:00 a.m. Parents who knowingly let a minor violate the curfew, and businesses that let a minor loiter in violation of it, are separately liable, with exceptions for supervised or school, church, and community activities.
