In the City of Eden Prairie, every new building, redevelopment or subdivision inside the Town Center (TC) zoning district must follow the Town Center Design Guidelines, incorporated by reference in City Code § 11.27, Subdivision 4. The guidelines are enforced through the Site Plan and Architectural Design Review process, and Subdivision 7.L extends them specifically to architecture, signage, lighting, mechanical equipment, trash and loading facilities in the TC-MU, TC-R and TC-C subdistricts.
