Park Curfew

Hialeah parks are off-limits overnight: fenced or gated parks close when the gates lock and reopen the next day, while unfenced parks carry a straight 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. curfew under Sec. 62-5. Vehicles cannot be left on any parkway or park lot during the same hours, with exceptions only for on-duty police, recreation department staff and written permit holders.
