Killeen's code has no separate bike-lane provision; cyclists follow the same rights and duties as vehicle drivers under Sec. 28-183. Riders must obey traffic signals, keep speeds reasonable, yield when entering a roadway from a driveway or alley, and park bicycles so they do not obstruct sidewalks, all under Chapter 28, Article VII.
