Park Curfew
Under Section 27-2 of the Margate Code, every city park in the City of Margate is open to the public daily from sunup to sunset unless the parks and recreation director grants written permission. Anyone but city personnel on business who is in a park after hours breaks the ordinance, and the director can close any part of a park at any time.
