Moreno Valley caps garage sales at three per calendar year, whether counted by person or by address, under Municipal Code Section 5.18.040. Each sale can run no more than three consecutive days and must stay within the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Selling personal property from a residence beyond that limit violates the code.
