Density Bonus Law
In the City of Santee, Municipal Code Chapter 13.26 implements the housing element of the General Plan together with Government Code Sections 65915 through 65918, directing the City to provide incentives to developers who build housing affordable to lower income households, moderate income households and senior citizens. The mobile home park overlay district separately authorizes a bonus of up to 25 percent above a site's existing density.
