Security Camera Rules
In the Town of West New York, New Jersey (Hudson County), Town Code Chapter 327 requires security cameras on all newly constructed residential dwelling units, including condominium complexes of more than 14 dwelling units, and on newly constructed commercial and industrial structures of more than 10,000 square feet. Recordings must be kept for not less than one month and made available to the Department of Police.
