Food Handler Certification
In the Town of West New York, Hudson County, New Jersey, no one may work in preparing, cooking, packaging or wrapping exposed food without a food handler's certificate from the Town's Department of Health. Applicants complete a sanitation course, renew on or before April 1 each year, and pay $10 on issuance and $10 per renewal.
