Density Bonus Law
In the Town of West New York, New Jersey, § 414-29C caps the Controlled Waterfront Development District at 50 dwelling units per acre, requires 20 percent affordable housing, and grants a density bonus of 10 units per acre for providing it, for a maximum density of 60 units per acre.
