Unincorporated Allegany County's zoning code sets no numeric height cap on fences under § 360-129D; instead it bans any new fence, wall, plant or barrier to vision within 20 feet of a road intersection's right-of-way, or 55 feet of the intersecting center lines, and bars fences or walls that obstruct a stream channel.
