Solicitor Permits
Anyone going door to door or street to street in unincorporated Bossier Parish must hold a $100.00 annual license from the Police Jury under Sec. 86-2(a), issued at the parish courthouse in Benton. Applicants must submit a criminal background report, and no one convicted of a felony or a crime involving deceit, fraud or dishonesty is eligible.
