Bossier Parish's ban on itinerant meat and seafood vendors does not apply in incorporated areas or within five miles of the City of Bossier, per Sec. 86-1(c). Outside those exempt zones, in the rest of unincorporated Bossier Parish, itinerant sale of fresh or frozen meat or seafood remains unlawful under Sec. 86-1(a).
