Height Limits

In unincorporated Bossier Parish, the Police Jury caps fences and walls at four feet in any front yard and seven feet in a side or rear yard under Code § 126-863. The rule runs parish-wide outside Bossier City, Haughton, Plain Dealing and Benton, and covers masonry walls as well as wood or wire fencing.
