Collier County parks are open every day of the year during hours set by the Parks and Recreation director, and each park's opening and closing times are posted on-site. Being in a county park or beach access outside posted hours is prohibited and enforced under the parks ordinance.
Collier County Code of Laws Sec. 98-59
Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, county parks shall be open to the public every day of the year during hours designated by the director of the parks and recreation department. The pending and closing hours for each individual park shall be posted therein for public information.
