Recycled Water Rules

The Collier County Water-Sewer District delivers IQ Water, also called reclaimed or reuse water, to homes, golf courses and HOAs for irrigation instead of drinking water. Section 134-36 bans any cross-connection between that reclaimed system and the potable supply outright, and requires an approved backflow preventer on every property that receives IQ Water service.
