Solicitor Permits

In the unincorporated Town of Mountain City, Elko County, Nevada, a door-to-door solicitor needs a license approved by the Sheriff or Chief of Police after a sworn application, fingerprints and a $25.00 investigation fee. Licensees wear a numbered badge, and every solicitor license expires June 30.
