In the unincorporated towns and cities governed by the Elko County Board of County Commissioners in Nevada, Section 8-1-11 makes it unlawful to drive a wagon, bicycle or motor vehicle on a sidewalk, except at driveways or alley entrances, or to leave one standing on a sidewalk so it obstructs free use.
