Juvenile Curfew
In unincorporated Elko County, Nevada, Section 7-5-3 bars anyone under 18 from public places between 10:30 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. on school nights, and between midnight and 6:00 A.M. on nonschool nights, unless with an adult or on an exempt errand or job. Parents and public-place operators face separate misdemeanor liability.
