Park Curfew
Every county-owned park and recreation facility in unincorporated Fayette County is open only between sunrise and sunset as those hours are set by the U.S. Weather Service, unless the parks and recreation department authorizes different hours. Anyone besides county staff on official business who remains in a park outside those hours is violating Code of Fayette County, Georgia Sec. 18-8, and the department can close any park or section of a park at any time.
