Fayette County requires self-storage facilities in unincorporated Fayette County to shield all outdoor lighting away from adjacent residential areas. Section 110-169(2)qq.7 sets this rule as one of the conditional use standards for internal- and external-access self-storage facilities allowed in the G-B, M-1 and C-H zoning districts.
