Park Curfew

Unincorporated Flagler County closes its parks, preserves and community centers between 11:00 p.m. and dawn under Sec. 23-1, unless a facility posts different hours. Boat ramps at county facilities are the lone exception and stay open around the clock. The curfew applies only within the county's own park system, not municipal parks in Palm Coast or Flagler Beach.
