Park Curfew

Floyd County closes every recreation facility and park in the unincorporated county between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily. Sec. 2-13-21 makes it unlawful to enter or remain on the grounds during those hours, and Sec. 2-13-20 separately bars driving or parking a vehicle there overnight. Only authorized recreation facility personnel are exempt from either rule.

Sec. 2-13-21. - Hours open to public. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or be within a recreation facility between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily except authorized recreation facility personnel.
