Outdoor Smoking Restrictions

Floyd County bans smoking and tobacco use, including vapes and e-cigarettes, inside any county facility, and Sec. 2-11-42 lets the county manager extend that ban to outdoor employee work areas and the grounds of county facilities the public visits. Violators face a magistrate court fine of $25.00 to $100.00 under Sec. 2-11-45.
