Floyd County Code § 2-13-9 bans possessing or setting off fireworks in any county recreation facility. The Rome-Floyd County Parks and Recreation Authority can permit supervised fireworks in a designated park area, but only after the person first gets a permit from the judge of the probate court and follows all applicable state fireworks law.
