Street Fair Rules

A carnival, festival, or "special outdoor entertainment, or event of community interest" in unincorporated Floyd County cannot run more than 14 days or occur more than twice a year on the same site under the Unified Land Development Code, and every such event needs on-site parking and a 100-foot buffer from property lines.
