Rodent Control

In Frederick County outside Winchester, Stephens City and Middletown, Section 122-3 of the County Code requires every container used to store noxious or offensive matter to completely confine it, be rodentproofed and insectproofed, and stay in a sanitary condition. Offensive matter covers feathers, offal, dead animals, meat wastes, blood and tankage, but not livestock or poultry manure.
