Parkway Planting
In Frederick County outside Winchester, Stephens City and Middletown, residential developments that need a Master Development Plan, subdivision design plan or Site Plan must plant one street tree for every 40 feet of street frontage under § 165-802.03A(1). Each building lot needs at least two street trees, chosen from the county's approved planting list.
