Street Fair Rules
Anyone selling goods at a festival or a prearranged event of more than 100 people in Frederick County needs a vendor license under Code § 155-100F, at a flat $30 per festival or event. Vendors must register with and be approved by whoever is conducting the event, and the license does not carry over to a different festival.
