Park Drone Restrictions
Gloucester County bans flying drones in any county park. Section 2(j) of the Parks Rules & Regulations prohibits operating an unmanned aerial vehicle or remotely operated aircraft within any park land or water without the County's written permission for an authorized purpose. Violating the ban can bring fines or imprisonment under Section 3(g).
