Gloucester County bans propane tanks and other bottled cooking fuel in every park area under Section 2(t) of the Parks Rules & Regulations. Charcoal is the only fuel permitted for cooking, and only in areas the Parks and Recreation Department has designated for grilling or picnicking. Bringing a propane grill to a county park violates the rule on arrival.
