Food Truck Permits
Gloucester County bars anyone from selling food or drink in a Park Area unless they hold a contract with the county as an authorized food vendor. Section 2(cc) of the Parks Rules & Regulations makes the default a ban, with narrow exceptions for contracted vendors, registered participants at county-sponsored events, and waivers the County Administrator grants under Section 3(j).
