Gloucester County confines bicycling in its parks to paved roads or paths built for that purpose. Section 2(k) of the Parks Rules & Regulations also bars leaving a bike lying on the ground or leaning where it could trip someone. Breaking the rule can bring fines or imprisonment under Section 3(g).
