It shall be unlawful for any person to load, unload, open, close or handle boxes, crates, containers, building material, refuse, garbage cans, dumpsters, motor vehicles, or similar objects between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day so as to produce noise that is plainly audible across a residential real property boundary line.
