Food trucks in unincorporated Granville County must operate on private property with the owner's written permission and stay at least 400 feet from an existing restaurant's entrance unless that restaurant agrees otherwise. In residential zoning districts, a nonresidential use may host a food truck no more than 14 days a year, and trucks cannot stay overnight or operate on residential property at all.
