Short-Term Rental Parking Rules

Granville County's Land Development Code has no separate short-term-rental parking rule; the closest local analog is bed and breakfast and country inn parking under Section 32-206(5), which puts guest parking in the rear of the property, requires one space per guest room plus three additional spaces, and reserves the side yard only if the land development administrator finds rear parking impractical.

(5)Parking shall only be permitted in the rear of the establishment. If conditions dictate otherwise as determined by the land development administrator, parking may be permitted on the side.
