Park Curfew
Jefferson County closes all county parks, park roads, trails, bike paths and parking areas to the public and to vehicular traffic from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. daily. No one may remain in a park during those hours unless the parks director has issued a permit, and violators face a $25.00 forfeiture citation.
