Fireworks
Jefferson County adopts Wisconsin's fireworks statute, Wis. Stats. § 167.10, by reference to govern the sale, possession and use of fireworks countywide. Sec. 14-63 folds the state's offenses and penalties into county law and carries a $50.00 forfeiture on the county's citation schedule.
