Park Curfew
Kent County parks and recreation facilities operate on a dawn-to-dusk schedule under § 168-3 of the county code. The Parks Division can close any section of a park, temporarily or permanently, whenever it decides closure is necessary, and vehicles left on county park land after closing hours are unlawful.
