Kent County limits yard and garage sales to eight total days per calendar year on any one property under Zoning Code § 205-17.B. A single sale runs one day, or up to two consecutive days, and only the residential property owner or tenant may host it on residentially zoned land. Commercial sales of vehicles, boats, appliances or furniture do not qualify for this exemption.
