Bike Lane Rules

Lake County Code Sec. 15-6 bans stopping a vehicle on a bicycle path outright and bans standing or parking in an exclusive bicycle lane except to instantly drop off a passenger. Both mirror F.S. § 316.1945, are enforced by the Lake County Sheriff's Office, and carry the same $10.00 parking fine under Sec. 15-11.
