Martin County Code § 17.8 names electronic bikes ("e-bikes") inside the term "motorized recreation vehicle," and § 17.9.A.2.t makes it unlawful to use one on pedestrian pathways, sidewalks, and boardwalks in any County park. The code sets no Class 1, 2 or 3 tiers, so every e-bike falls under the same rule. Only disability-assistance use and government vehicles on government business are exempt.
