Solicitor Permits

Anyone conducting door-to-door or roadside itinerant business in unincorporated Mendocino County needs a Sheriff-issued Itinerant Business Permit under Code Section 6.04.080(d), on top of the standard county business license, and must clear a LiveScan fingerprint background check before the Sheriff will issue it.
