Park Curfew
County parks and beaches in the unincorporated Florida Keys close nightly at 11:00 p.m. and reopen at 7:00 a.m.; anyone who enters or stays past closing violates Sec. 18-1. Harry Harris Park in Tavernier is exempted from this general curfew, and the county administrator can waive the closure for a specific event.
