Park Drone Restrictions
Flying a drone from the grounds of several named Monroe County parks, including Murray E. Nelson Government Center Park, Rowell's Waterfront Park and Pine Channel Nature Park, is barred without written permission from the county administrator or a designee under Sec. 18-27(p)(5) and its counterparts. At the Richard A. Recupero County Park at the Hawk Missile Site the ban is outright, with no permission exception.
