Rapides Parish Code § 19½-2(a)(3) sets daily rental fees for the Cotile Lake pavilions: $250 for the #3 pavilion (Ross Shenk), which includes the gate fee and requires the renter to furnish a guest list before the event, $150 for a screened-in pavilion and $100 for an unscreened pavilion.
