Rodent Control

In unincorporated Rockdale County, keeping trash, garbage, refuse or any foul, decaying or putrescent material in a manner that becomes a breeding place for rodents is a declared nuisance under County Code § 42-72(3). The health officer can order the condition corrected by written notice, and the county board of health can inspect property to enforce it.
