Solicitor Permits
In unincorporated Rockdale County, a charitable organization that wants to solicit money from drivers at intersections must get a permit from the Sheriff's Office at least 30 days ahead of time. Each qualified charity is capped at two permits a year, each good for no more than 90 days, and solicitation is authorized only at approved four-way stop intersections.
