Loud Party Ordinance
A gathering of ten or more people that produces noise plainly audible in a neighbor's home or fifty feet away between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. violates County Code Sec. 16-6(a)(11). The host and attendees can be charged with a class 2 misdemeanor by the Sheriff's Office.
