Unincorporated Walla Walla County allows no marijuana business of any kind, zoned or otherwise. Walla Walla County Code Section 17.16.010 makes marijuana cooperatives, producers, processors, and retailers, along with the sale of marijuana or marijuana products, prohibited land uses countywide outside the cities, so there is no zoning district in the unincorporated area where a cannabis business can locate.
